Whether you want to add an extra day of relaxation by the pool, swap an adventure excursion for a cultural heritage walk, or adjust the pacing for young children or senior parents, we fine-tune the day-wise plan until it matches your expectations.

Who assists us if there is an emergency, flight delay, or issue during our trip?

You are never on your own. For every destination we offer, we partner directly with licensed, vetted destination partners.

One day prior to your travel date, arrival, you receive direct contact numbers for our local on-ground support desk, operating in your destination’s time zone.

In addition, our team in India remains reachable on WhatsApp throughout your journey to coordinate between you and the local team for any immediate assistance.

Are airport pickups and daily sightseeing private or shared?

We primarily arrange private, air-conditioned vehicles with verified local drivers for our FIT travelers. Your driver meets you directly at the airport arrivals gate with a name placard, assists with luggage, and stays dedicated to your group during scheduled touring days. You will not have to waste precious vacation hours waiting for strangers at multiple hotel pick-up stops.

Are there any hidden fees, mandatory tipping charges, or surprise costs?

No. Every proposal we share includes a clear, line-item breakdown of exactly what is included and what is not. Your quote clearly states the included hotel categories, meal plans (e.g., daily breakfast), entry tickets, private vehicle allowances, and local government taxes. If a specific city has a mandatory local tourism tax payable directly at hotel check-in (such as in Dubai or Malaysia), we inform you in writing before you book.

How does booking with Aadvika Travel work compared to an online booking portal or a large group tour company?

Unlike rigid group tours, we do not bundle you into a 40-passenger bus on a fixed timetable.

What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel our trip?

We understand that life happens. Because we partner directly with local DMCs and reputable boutique hotels rather than non-refundable bulk consolidators, we pass along the most flexible cancellation policies possible. Prior to confirming any deposit, we share the specific cancellation windows and date-change guidelines for your chosen properties so you know your options in advance.

Do you assist with visas, travel insurance, and entry formalities?

Yes. International entry requirements can feel overwhelming, so we provide comprehensive guidance from start to finish.

We outline the exact documentation checklist, assist with official e-visa filings or VFS appointment scheduling, and provide confirmed hotel vouchers and day-wise itineraries tailored for visa submissions. We also help you select comprehensive overseas travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip delays, and baggage loss.

What is your payment process and schedule?

We do not ask for full upfront payments months in advance. Once you approve your customized itinerary:

1. Advance Deposit: A reasonable booking deposit is placed to secure land package rates and initiate hotel reservations through our destination partners.

2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is scheduled closer to your departure date in alignment with the cancellation and retention deadlines of the booked properties. We provide official invoices and standard bank transfer channels for complete financial transparency..
